Trip to Kgalagadi Transfrontalier Park August 22, 2008

Wonderful landscape

This week-end, I went with 4 friends to Kgalagdi. This park is just in the border between South Africa, Bostwana and Namibia, just close to Kalahari desert !

After 12hours-road from Cape Town through Cederberg, Karoo Desert, Upington, … we were rewarded by a wonderful landscape, a beautiful sky (with moon eclipse on Friday night) and a lot of wild animals !

We had even a chance to see the 3 of the Big 5 you can see in this park : two leopards, two cheetas eating a springbok and four lions !

It was my first safari but I hope not the last one ! In a following post, I will show you the new safari range at Streetwires.

Rugby match August 13, 2008

South African people are very fan of sport ! Last Saturday, I attended a rugby match : Vodacom Western Province VS Sharks Durban. Even if Cape Town lost it 10-32, it was a really great moment in a friendly atmosphere !
